MUSICAL GIFTS UNITED
My name is Morgan Daries. I am not a musician or an
artist, but I have a deep love for music, and I have a
sharp ear when it comes to music. My main reason
behind music is to develop musicians and artists to
give them an opportunity to make the best out of the
gifts that the Lord blessed them with. I developed a
love for gospel music since childhood, because both
my maternal grandparents had a special love for
music and was part of gospel groups in South Africa
and Namibia and equally so with my paternal
grandmother. She has a special love for Afrikaans
gospel music and she herself was part of gospel
groups in both Namibia and South Africa.
I am the founder of the Singouts Musical Group. We
will be celebrating our 5th anniversary in 2025 and in
June 2024, I gave birth to The Hallelujah Singout Crew
Namibia, with the help of Francios Bock and our
Bassist, Robert. This is how the formation of our
group started, and I am truly honored to be a part of
such an amazing group. What stands out for me is
their dedication and love for the work of God and that
we remain focused on the fact that we are not just a
gospel, but a missionary group, who just want to fulfil
our commission in & for Christ. The Singout Crew was
born out of the Windhoek Christian Youth Singouts,
where most of the musicians and a few artists were
also part of WYC.
Everyone adds their contribution to the Singout Crew
because it’s not a one man show. I believe that the
unique abilities & gifts of each member are what make
our group special. Despite our struggles & challenges
we were able to accomplish a lot in the past 6 months
through Christ who strengthened us. As a group we
are looking forward to 2025 & recognizing that we still
have a lot to do to spread the Gospel of God through
song.
What captivates my heart is that all the crew members
have their foundation in Christ, are all members of
different denominations & to me this is the Essence of
us as a group.
The members of the group are as follows.
Founder, Morgan Daries. Francois Bock is the leader
and the Music Director.
Robert and Basil oversee our invitation and bookings
and logistics.
Donovin is the vocal director.
Anita and Bernadine oversee all our administrative
duties and perform the role of secretaries.
Shirleen is our Finance manager & in charge of the
group’s finances.
